Why Kiwi?
The name is a nod to my roots: my mother grew up in New Zealand. I was raised with the Kiwi mindset. Don't wait for things to happen, dive into the problem and simply build the solution.
After a master's focused on data and IT, I now have more than ten years of experience in data and software development. My career started in data science, with machine learning and operations research. Later my focus shifted to data engineering, because no data application scales without a solid foundation.
Today I look at the whole picture: from architecture and foundation to application, always with an eye on the business. That is the core of Kiwi Data.
