Who we are
Kiwi Data B.V., based in Utrecht, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 98447815), is responsible for processing personal data through kiwidata.nl. Questions about privacy can be sent to the email address at the bottom of this page.
What data
Through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), what you are looking for and your message.
Through email or WhatsApp: whatever you send us yourself.
What for
We only use your data to answer your question and, if you want, to prepare a follow-up conversation or assignment. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell anything on.
How long
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. If your question doesn't lead to an assignment, we delete it no later than one year after our last contact. For assignments, the statutory retention periods for accounting apply.
Who with
The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against spam and may process technical data from your browser to do so.
Messages from the form are forwarded by email through Resend. When a service provider processes data outside the EU, this is done with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
If you send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp's terms also apply.
Cookies and analytics
We use no cookies. To see how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not track you across other sites; we only see totals, such as the number of visits and the most viewed pages. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Email us and we'll take care of it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
